Had 3 shots went fine the 4th one they messed up And destroyed my life i been 4 months without use of my right arm I’m going on my 3rd surgery in 4 months because of their negligence. I have been out of work for 4 months so far…. I never been through so much pain in my life due to their neglect I got a call from the dr. When I was in the er, for 14 hours haven’t Heard from them since. The infection was the worst that the surgeon ever seen. Clean your needles don’t leave them uncover on the tray……
