I honestly wish I could leave zero stars, because my experience was unbelievable, and not in a good way. Dr. Bond and the front desk staff were absolutely wonderful: kind, welcoming, and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Ashley, the dental assistant, was completely unprofessional and made the entire visit extremely uncomfortable. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and downright inappropriate. It’s shocking that someone with that kind of behavior represents such an otherwise great office. We had been considering making this our regular dental office, but after this experience, we will definitely not be returning. It’s a shame that one person’s lack of respect and professionalism can ruin what could’ve been a great experience. It has taken a while for me to post this as I typically do not post reviews however, after giving it some deep thought, I figured Dr. Bond may want to be apprised of the imagine Ashley is give his clinic.
