Be very careful with this attorney. I had negotiated my fee’s with him before we started and now he apparently doesn’t recall our conversation. All the calls are recorded so now I have to hire another attorney for malpractice.
In addition, they hyped up the case and said they can get me a huge settlement since it was a company car accident. After a month, they gave me the bad news and said the car wasn’t covered under the insurance and the investigators wasn’t able to find any further information on the company…. kinda fishy if you ask me. It seemed like they wanted a big pay out and now they want to take it out of me. Definitely poor communication skills.. unless that’s what they’re aiming for.
Don’t let these type of attorneys take advantage of you. Definitely not worth the time and money. Attorney with no principles or respect for his clients.
