Tried calling multiple times, no answer. When someone does answer they don’t let me finish speaking and transfer me without warning to an extension that no one answers or returns calls. 10/01/24. Since I am unable to respond to “shop name here”, I am adding the following; The only person answering your phone was short and was quick to transfer without notice, there’s no excuse for that. The extension that I was transferred to twice on two separate days should have a greeting confirming where I was transferred to, and for the record, No One has called me back. I was ready to purchase an engine from you, but I have lost all confidence. I am done now. I will remove the comment referring to your reviews.
