Called to get information as I was interested in enrolling my student in a preschool in the “your city” area. She offered me a tour, but I was just trying to find the best option with information over the phone so I could tour the five schools in the area that would’ve worked best for my family. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude to me and acted like I was trying to glean top secret information. Asking tuition rates and class ratios to make sure my child will be cared for and not stuck in a box with 25 kids and one teacher should be information the school gives if they want $1800-1,900 a month.
