Negative Review sample for Shop

Update: Absolutely frightening how quickly “company name here” can change their tone. They acknowledged me when I had preivously praised them, yet now claim theyve never sold their pom to me after updating my review to reflect my true experience with a pom from bought from their shop. Is it a policy violation for consumers to share their legit experience on Google review? Disappointed.. Was blinded by their stellar marketing and ended up with a dog that has some genetic issues (As confirmed by several professionals). Do thorough research before paying more than 10k for a dog who may have been unethically bred. We prioritized ensuring we got a healthy dog from a good lineage as we heard too many horror stories of dogs with genetic issues. After visiting several pet shops, we chose PMP because they assured us their dogs come from healthy parents, free of genetic issues, and that out dog would have a certified pedigree confirming this. We later found out that the pedigree isn’t recognized, though that is secondary. The biggest problem was that a few vets had confirmed that our Pomeranian has inherited joint issues associated with his hip (dysplasia) and knees (luxating patella) and we should prepared for him to develop arthritis, even as early as age 3-4 years old. Therapy is now needed and these are costly both time and money wise. We found many other PMP Pomeranian owners facing similar health issues, with some also dealing with complications like tracheal collapse, skin sensitivities, food allergies, alopecia (hair loss) and undescended testicles, so we really question the authenticity of some of the glowing reviews here.
