Such a long drawn out experience. Craig was nice enough but if the size of the bathroom does not matter into accounting price. Then why not just tell people the price over the phone or within the 1st 15 minutes of the presentation. Instead of doing a 3 hour presentation, taking 2 measurements and Saying to put in a walk in shower it will be 19,000 dollars. What really didn’t make sense is that after we told him that we just could not do that, he says well we can get you down to 8000 if we do all white. Which makes no sense by the way. If the materials are the same Acrylic over ABS as they state, you’re telling me a color difference cost over 11k. Anyway did not sit right with me. If a company charges everyone one price and the quality of workmanship is there that’s completely fine. This however felt like they try to save the sale and just take what they can from their customers.
