Hey Open and Affordable Dental!! Do you guys remember me from the year before last?? Y’all pulled some teeth and were making dentures for me, until the appointment when I came in and let you know that I was moving out of state, then you cut my appointment short, boxed up the unfinished dentures, and told me ” Good luck, hopefully you can find somebody that will finish these for you.” And sent me on my way. Hey GUESS WHAT?? I COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO FINISH THEM FOR ME. And I bet you know why…. BECAUSE YOU BUILD MY MEDICAID FOR A FULL SET OF DENTURES BUT GAVE ME A FULL SET OF UNFINISHED DENTURES, DENTURE BLOCKS I GUESS YOU WOULD CALL THEM… And you know Medicaid only pays for dentures once every 56 months which is 8 years. So because you got paid for a full set of dentures that you didn’t even have to do I get to have no teeth for the next 6 years I guess it is now… So thank you very much. I look 10 years older than what I am because I have no teeth, there are foods I cannot eat because I have no teeth, and I cannot get new teeth anywhere else because you greedy people got paid for dentures that you did not finish that I did not get to ever put in my mouth. So unbelievably messed up.
