Everything was good during our tour at “Services provider name here”. However, after enrolling, my child had a hard time adjusting to the new school. One morning, she threw a tantrum insisting that she didn’t want to go. She said her teacher was mean and yelled at her, pushed her into the corner for a time-out, and took away her snack during meal time. The teacher also threatened to put her in time-out if she kept crying. I am very disappointed and heartbroken. It also seemed that the owner cared only about her “business,” not really about the child.
