This is an update from my last review. The staff is wonderful! It is the process that I am having issues with. They do not require a current X-ray or MRI. I showed them an X-ray from a year earlier and I still had a little bit of joint space left at that time. I went through all of the treatments and had minimal positive results afterwards. I went to an orthopedic surgeon a few months ago (6 months after finishing my treatments) and it turns out my entire joint space was collapsed with bone on bone osteoarthritis. I’m having a joint replacement in a few weeks. I wish they would have asked for a more recent X-ray, because then I wouldn’t have gone through with the treatments because there is no way to come back from complete bone on bone grinding osteoarthritis. Maybe if there was still some joint space my results would have been different. Now I’m stuck paying for an expensive series of treatments that didn’t really help me and now need a joint replacement anyway. I’m very disappointed.
