I’m surprised to see this firm has all 5 star ratings. I will submit a full review after my case has been settled. In the meantime, I was referred to them 01/2023 and the lack of communication, lack of responsibility but most importantly lack of professionalism is unsettling. My case may not be a big pay out, however, if they only have interest in big cases the professional thing to do is only take those. Regardless of how big or small a case is, if you take the case it is your responsibility to handle that case with professionalism as it is still a paid case.
