Dealing with “Shop Name Here” has not been a good experience. I purchased an engine for a sale price that they had on their website and went through with the checkout and on my confirmation email they changed the price and wanted to charge me almost $800 extra. When i called them they were not willing to listen to reason as their own website was faulty and were in a rush to hang-up the phone. Later i spoke with them again and stated they saw the mistake and are willing to sell it for that price but now all of a sudden the engine is on backorder for 3 months. Very shady company and not sure ill be doing business with them in the future. Any future customers please read their emails carefully and ensure that there isn’t any foul play going on. 1/5 stars Edit: The reply to this review is one of the most hilarious lies i have ever seen from a company. I am now certain this company is one of the shadiest engine manufacturers out there. Everything that was said was completely false and i have their own webpage to prove it. I was attempting to purchase a 3 valve engine for their listed price of $3,199. There was no hostility on my end but their end was not happy with this issue since they know they were in the wrong. One of the most shady businesses i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Wouldn’t ever do business with them again even if they offered a free engine. Anyone looking to purchase an engine please be careful dealing with these crooks here. Read the fine print and don’t trust their own word. If they’re willing to lie publicly to not take fault for their own mistakes then what else are they willing to do. Just for more evidence, they state they’re A+ BBB Accredited but when you check their own business accreditation they are not even accredited. Seriously not sure how they have been in business for so long with everything considered.
