My name is “Your Name” I just wanted to vent about my nasty experience with this company. I run a small repair shop and was looking for a reliable place to buy crate motors I thought the prices and warranty sounded great so I proceeded to buy about 10 units from them it was all good till I had a question about an issue with a hemi engine. First off they have no one you can directly speak to about anything except sales . Anything else has to be email and they will eventually get back to you. This engine they said was in stock and would take 3 to 5 days for me to get 10 days later they call and tell me it’s gonna be 2 to 4 weeks nothing definite so they called my customer and explained to him so now I think we’re all good boy was I wrong. The engine has a noise in it and when I tried to call about some tech support there was none . I was finally able to talk to someone after going through all the hoops and the guy tells me to put an addictive in it and send it . So now the customer has the vehicle it’s gone and they send me an email telling me there is an additional 350 dollar fee to pick up the core after they charged 250 for shipping and pickup there excuse is that I’m not in the city limits so they have to charge me that they never did that before on any of the other engines. So here’s the fun part I try to call to find out why they are trying to charge my customer this extra fee and of course you can only speak to sales noone else will ever answer you have to email everything well I try to explain to this sales guy my situation and he gets extremely rude and berates me and hangs up. Soni get a little mad take a deep breath and call back this guy won’t even let you speak or try to explain the problem he just keeps on ranting and hanging up . I have never been treated so bad and disrespectful by any company I’ve ever dealt with I will never spend a dime with this company again they are very unprofessional and quite rude if you have a problem and need a little help they are super nice when you are buying something after that it is over no more mr nice guy. Sad thing is I actually liked most of there product but there customer service is horrible God forbid you have a warranty claim with them it will be a nightmare. All I asked was to treated with decency and try to help with an issue with there product and couldn’t even get that. This company does not care about you your shop or your customers all they want is money then you don’t matter to them anymore.
