I called “shop here” with a simple question about the cost for a specific engine and the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I mistakenly asked if they were Jasper, and instead of politely correcting me, the agent was rude and aggressive. Even after I explained it was an honest mistake, he continued being dismissive and told me he was being that way because I wasn’t “a customer yet.” This is not the way to treat people who are reaching out for information. First impressions matter, and based on this interaction I will be taking my business elsewhere.
