Called about a engine and was hung up on 4 times. I could hear the guy clearly and he said it was his headphones. The last time I called he asked why I kept calling he was super busy. Sounded g. And then he said I told you we cant get those engines anymore. No I didn’t hear that bc you kept hanging up on me. Told me to stop calling. As to the response. This seems like copy pasted information about how great the company is. Its either that or someone is always harassing one of their employees on the phone. I am not a bot. And there is defentialy someone answering the phone. The guy that answers the phone told me he was “super biz-ay”! And hung up on me mid sentence several times. If you look online this place of business is indeed NOT BBB accredited. They are probably copy pasting their response in hopes no one will see the negative reviews of their poor service. If “shop name here” is counting consumer complaints. On the BBB website as being accredited then they are accredited. But as far as actually being accredited. No they are not. That’s false advertising.
