I cannot recommend this law firm at all. If you can go to small claim courts you most likely will be more successful and happier. I had an HOA case that was not my fault at all. Zero my problem. I was however stuck with repair costs as the HOA ignored roof maintenance. The lawyer was a total joke, didn’t communicate and if they did they would charge for it. They would even charge for e mails saying, “hi I am on honeymoon for the next 2 weeks” (?). No transparency what the are charging for. No final bill, no timely disbursement of money. The firm received the payment 2 months ago. Just kept the money as of today. Stay away unless you have money to waste.
