Despite clear instructions not to touch my shower head, they replaced it with a cheaper one. The crew arrived unprepared, unaware of parts of the job, and I had to supply my own vanity, mirror, faucet, and lighting, yet the price stayed high. The caulking cracked within days, my home’s water pressure dropped, and they refused to fix it. Management was defensive, not professional. They even promote a “vacation package” that only activates if you leave a 5-star review, completely misleading. Poor quality, no accountability, and zero integrity. Buyer beware. Update: The owner/branch manager told me they would only return, reimburse my shower head, and give the “vacation voucher” if I removed my review. I refused to delete an honest review before work was corrected. Today was the scheduled return visit — they no-showed. Conditioning basic warranty/fix-ups on removing a review and then not showing is unacceptable and confirms the poor practices I experienced.
