Brides beware and DO NOT USE THEM! Just had them for my sister’s wedding and they were nothing but unprofessional and didn’t provide the services we paid for. One of the girls was sick so they just didn’t have anyone to do our hair. I was the Matron of Honor and paid for my hair to get done and literally a girl in the wedding party had to curl and do my hair because they ran out of time. When we brought up our concerns at the start of the day, they acted like we were nuts and they would have plenty of time. Me, my other sister and mom all weren’t able to get our hair done (or it was slopped together in 5 min). You would think the bride’s mom, and sisters would take precedence but nope! Oh and the attitude and disrespect was unlike anything I’ve seen. We have tried to resolve the issues with them and they won’t respond to our messages. So unless you want stress on your wedding day and your bridal party to look ridiculous, DO NOT BOOK THEM. Super unfortunate, and way to ruin what was otherwise a beautiful day. Worst company I’ve ever worked with, would not recommend!
